I had to be patient, but ultimately the series Spartacus Vengeance was available via internet! The 3rd series aired in America on Starz, a subscriber channel. I have written earlier about the previous series, but perhaps you do not remember! Again the series is chock full of bears, and similar characters! YUM! My favorite character is Lugo, a German bear who fights with Spartacus against the nasty Romans! But, like the previous Spartacus series, it is also very bloody! A beautiful scene, that makes me very "restless", is the attack by Spartacus on a boat with a cargo of slaves! All of the holds filled with solid sculptured bears… Fortunately they were all released…

Bowling and Big & Bear Netherlands
It is short notice but on Sunday, 15 April, we are organizing another fun afternoon of bowling and afterwards stone grilling. The place this time is Rotterdam (bowling Zuidplein) www.bowlingzuidplein.nl Time: We start bowling at 17.00 followed by the stone grilling. Cost will be 25 euros (excluding drinks). It will be a fun afternoon. Sign up before Sunday, 8 April, because we need to reserve. Right now it looks like there will be 10 people, so a nice, friendly team, but more is always better!  The Butch Bear's Night at Balloon Helmond. Every 3rd Saturday of the month.
Stichting Homobelangen Helmond organizes a BEAR MEETING called BUTCH BEARS NIGHT at its venue De Balloon in Helmond every third Saturday of the month.
It's a BEAR meeting where contacts are made, dancing with music by DJ GEORGE and of course enjoying a drink and snacks. The evening starts at 22.00 and lasts until 03.00. |
 Big & Bear Netherlands organizes on Sunday, August 28, their well-known bowling afternoon. Active sporting among friends. Not to win but to socialize. And even if you do not want to bowl you are always welcome! Spectators also have fun! And with a drink and possibly a snack it is always nice to bowl/watch. Afterwards, we usually enjoy a bite to eat somewhere near Scheldeplein (Close to the RAI).
Bowling is Sunday, August 28, from 15.00 to 17.00 hours at Bowlingcentrum KNIJN, Scheldeplein (across from the RAI) in Amsterdam.

 THE HAGUE PRIDE: a celebratory festival with a serious message 'human rights are gay rights' in the spotlight. The Hague, international city of Peace and Justice, is the place where this theme will receive the proper attention.
The next edition of The Hague Pride is scheduled for Saturday, September 3, 2011 and will take place between approx. 13.00 and 20.00 hours in one of the nicest places in The Hague: the Lange Voorhout and the surrounding area (on the Denneweg until 22.00 hours).
